Home is where the heart is. We at Hitanshu Buildcon believe in converting dreams into reality. For us every client on board is a member who shares their dreams with us and we with our utmost ability help translate them into reality. These spaces need the right understanding of who they are made for and who are their end customers, be it a designer studio, a salon or banks etc. Special attention is given to the customer’s comfort. The right design and layout for us is when we understand this and help our clients with delivering the designs that best suits them and caters to their needs in the best of our ability
At a very early stage our starting projects of Hitanshu Buildcon have been Restaurants and Hotels. A relaxed and fun space is what we love to create with the right balance of modern and traditional design and feel. Our projects are the outcome of love we have for building relaxed and beautiful spaces working out fine details Intricately design where form follows function.
We focus on developing designs which firstly caters to functionality, it needs to meet all the requirements needs of the users. a new building needs to be structurally sound, designed to withstand the test of time and built in-line with current building regulations. We deliver best architectural designs for our clients across the world.
We aspire to create spaces that are a vital industry. Our projects have been with the aim and means of creating buildings and spaces that connect communities, providing jobs & improving society. We have completed 3 construction projects as of now in different states of India. We believe in collaboration and working together as a team.
As we understand the essence of art and furniture which adds life to any space or home. We personally make attempts to make sure that our products make your space suitable for living or working in. Arte Maison as the name says it means House of Art and Furniture. It is a one stop solution for all your art and furniture related products.
Our first meeting with the client is all about understanding what is the demand and need of the client. What is their desired thought behind the project and agree on certain terms, so that both the parties are on the same page by the end of the meeting. Once we have the brief from the client’s end we immediately start the creation of ideas and concepts.
We do our site visits with the client, for having a broader perspective in understanding what and how our client wants the work to be. We as a team work discuss the ideas and concepts that can be potentially converted into reality.
Now as we understand what the client wants we further work on converting those dream designs into reality, through mood board and design layouts, pictorial representation of the visuals, 3D Views eventually for proper visualization of actual space and forms, etc.
After the finalization of the design we move to the fourth and final stage of starting the building work and installation of all the required tools and technologies for the completion of the projects. The client is in the loop as we move ahead in every stage of work. Further if needed we incorporate any specific changes which the client wants to do on a priority basis.

We do consult online as well as in person. If you are situated in Mumbai we would recommend an email and then followed by that we can fix an appointment for the same. Along with that we do online consultation for clients who stay in cities other than Mumbai. If and when needed we also take up out of Mumbai projects depending on the clients needs and requirements.
